Jeff is a seasoned country club and racquet sports executive with over 40 years of experience leading premier tennis, pickleball, and fitness programs. He has a proven track record of growing participation, increasing revenue, and delivering exceptional member experiences through innovative programming and strong team leadership.

Throughout his career, Jeff has held senior leadership roles at respected clubs including Orinda Country Club, Round Hill Country Club, Fairbanks Ranch, and The Santaluz Club. His accomplishments include expanding membership and lesson revenue, developing nationally recognized junior programs, converting facilities to meet evolving racquet sport trends, and successfully partnering with boards and committees to achieve strategic goals.

Jeff is widely respected for his expertise in junior player development, having coached national champions and placed more than 89 players into NCAA programs. As both a coach and competitor, he is a two-time NCAA All-American, a former national fast-serve champion, and a member of the Cal State University, Hayward Hall of Fame.
