Special Events Weekends
July 4th Celebration, July 2 - 9
We are in the early stages of preparing a pickleball event involving a celebrity exhibition which could include famous present and former pickleball professionals, famous present and former tennis professionals, and celebrities who come in for the American Century Celebrity golf tournament (7/8-7/12). Stay tuned for details!
American Century Celebrity Golf Tourney, July 9-16
Located at Edgewood Golf Resort in South Lake Tahoe (40 minutes away from the Hyatt), the tourney runs July 10th-12th and we are offering two options:

(1) A package that includes admission, transportation to/from the Hyatt, access to VIP tents and seating.
-
(2) A package that includes a chartered boat (pontoon or cruising style) which will pick you up at the Hyatt pier at 8AM, and drive you down to the tournament (45 min ride) where you will anchor up right next the the 17th hole for an all-day party!

Concours d' Elegance Wooden Boat Show, August 6-13
Located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe in the town of Homewood, the event runs August 7th-8th and we have two options for your consideration:

(1) A package that includes admission, transportation to/from the Hyatt, lunch at Sunnyside lakefront restaurant and bar
-
(2) A package that includes a chartered boat (pontoon or cruising style) which will pick you up at the Hyatt pier at your desired time 9AM-12PM, and drive you to Homewood High and Dry to drop you off. You will then walk a short distance to the boat show. After the show, you will board the boat and the captain will drive you to Sunnyside lakefront restaurant and bar for the most amazing daytime dining experience on the lake!
Weekly Schedule
Thursday

12pm: Arrive at Reno Int'l Airport (RNO); we suggest renting a car, since Uber/Lyfts & taxis are scarce in Tahoe and you will want the freedom to drive around.

1:30pm: Check-in at the Hyatt Regency Incline Village, our hotel partner, located 1/3 mile from our pickleball courts, by 2pm and get dressed for pickleball evaluation.
-
2:30-5pm: Check-in at Pickleball Center for Meet & Greet. Your very first activity will be your initial pickleball skills evaluation conducted by one of our 4 certified professionals using an app for doing player evaluations. After your evaluation is complete, we will place you in the proper ability group.

5pm: Welcome reception.

Friday​-Wednesday
-
8-9am: Optional warm-up​ and get loose, or use it as free time to do other adventurous Tahoe activities.

9am-12pm: Optional daily open play with Incline residents & other vacationers (5 courts for Advanced Beginner, 5 courts for Intermediate, 5 courts for Advanced).

1-4pm: Paddles 'n Peaks Curated Pickleball Program: We will staff our programs with a guest /ratio of 8:1 (or lower) and they will deliver a program consisting of instruction, coached round-robins and MLP-like team competition.

4-7pm: Optional additional pickleball as a group or joining others outside our group.

How much or little Pickleball you play is completely up to you.
Even if you play a lot, you will have ample amounts of free time to enjoy your 2-hour catamaran experience, do various other excursions, listen to love music at various venues, learn about the history of the Lake Tahoe area, and more!
Additional Outdoor Adventures
Rent a wakeboard boat, which comes with a driver/instructor/gear and board, surf, tube or just chill!
Boat excursion to Garwoods for Wet Woody Wednedsay, music Fri/Sat and insane lakefront views!
For pickleball players who also want to golf, we will arrange for you to play at one of Tahoe's 6 fabulous golf courses!
Rent an e-foil privately or in a small class and soar like a bird over Tahoe's beautiful, clear blue water!
Boat excursion to the west shore for the infamous punch served at Chamber's Landing, Tahoe's only pier bar!
Boat excursion to Emerald Bay for stunning mountain views and a top-shelf picnic lunch!
After experiencing Chamber's Landing, boat over to Sunnyside for a gorgeous lakefront dining experience!
