DEPOSIT/TERMS

A 50% deposit secures each reservation and deposits are due by May 31, 2026.  We accept deposits via credit card, debit card, Venmo, or Zelle.

 

Rates and availability are subject to change at any time prior to receipt of deposit. Balance will be due 75 days prior to arrival.

Our cancellation/refund terms are as follows:

• 120 days prior to trip, 100% refund

• 91-120 days prior to stay, 50% refund

• 61-90 days prior to stay, 25% refund

• < 60 days prior to trip, 0% refund
