GOLF

This five-round experience will take place on the courses of these resorts:

  • Mauna Kea Resort: Originally a Robert Trent Jones Sr.-designed course created in 1964 , the course was recently renovated by his son, Robert Trent Jones Jr., honoring his dad.  The course offers breathtaking beauty, stunning ocean vistas, and a challenging and memorable experience that is accessible to players of all skill levels.

  • Mauna Lani Resort: Offers north and south courses, both designed by Homer Flint and Raymond Cain

    • North: A championship parkland-style course designed among a Kiawe forest and boasts a 230-acre protected archaeological area with sweeping ocean views. The signature hole is a par-three tucked into a natural lava amphitheater and the favorite “I was here” photo spot.

    • South: An 18-hole championship links style course with powerful ocean and island views. Between 1990-2000, this course was the host venue to the annual Senior Skins Game. Its 15th hole is one of the most photographed, over-the-water golf holes in the world. The course weaves through lava from the ancient Kaniku lava flow. During the winter months golfers can enjoy watching whales just offshore from the course.

  • Hapuna Beach Resort: A stunning 18-hole oceanfront course designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay that opened in 1992 and was renovated in 2025. Nestled in the dramatic landscape extending from the shoreline to about 700 feet above sea level, the offers exquisite panoramic views of the Kohala Coast and the Pacific. The signature holes on this stunning course are the 3rd, 9th, and 18th holes.

For the competitive golf experience:

  • Our courses serve as a neutral site and will include five (5) golf rounds (one practice, four competitive) with a rest day on day four.

  • Four (4) beautiful team shirts will be provided for each member of each team, one for each day of competitive play.

  • All golfers will play the same course each day.

  • The golf professionals from all of the attending country clubs will determine the format and scoring criteria for winning.
